This workshop provides a platform for the representatives of regulatory institutions to explain the services they offer, share expectations of customs clearing agents, discuss the challenges faced by both sides, and recommend possible solutions.

• Services delivered by key regulatory authorities in Rwanda including Rwanda Standards Board (RSB), Rwanda Food Drugs Authority (FDA), Rwanda Inspectorate, competition, and Consumer Protection Authority (RICA), • The requirements for the clearance of goods inspected. • Key challenges and recommendations.
